Palmy Tech Recycling collects the contact and equipment information you choose to submit when requesting a business IT collection.

What we collect and why

The enquiry form asks for your business or organisation, name, email, optional phone number, collection area, equipment details and optional data destruction requirements. We use this information to assess your enquiry, respond, arrange agreed services and maintain relevant collection records.

Form processing

On our Netlify-hosted website, enquiry submissions are processed and stored using Netlify Forms. Authorised people managing our enquiries and the service providers operating the website may have access to this information.

Keep confidential data out of the form

Do not submit passwords, access codes, client records or confidential files from your devices. Data destruction arrangements are discussed separately before collection.
